Education & Training

The ACB-FGC project is an initiative aimed at developing and implementing a restorative justice Family Group Conferencing model to progressively reduce the overrepresentation of Black children in care, support the maintenance of family and kinship connections of Black folks and improve child welfare outcomes for African, Caribbean, and Black families in Ontario. ACB-FGC has developed a three-day training program for FGC coordinators to learn how to implement this restorative justice model.
